They were facing the challenge of showcasing the series of sector pages that showcased what they do - to their stakeholders and client base.
" We had a fantastic experience working with CreativeBox! One of the best aspects of working with CreativeBox is that they are very responsive. We had scheduled check-ins to make sure everything was running smoothly, and they were very open to any feedback we had on the design. We were really pleased with the final result, and they will be the first people we call when we have another website design project. Thank you!
We were tasked with the goal of ensuring a series of pages were put into a newer and user friendly easier pages. It needed to engage and display data from multiple sources. The uploaded information was to be presented it in an easy-to-understand and focussed manner. When the project was done, it had to include a pattern and understanding of where countries, authorities, charities and data providers, were educated on the problems and how it was solved.
During our strategy and positioning of the project, we discovered rich content hidden in the context of each of the sector pages. We kicked off meeting with the Key stakeholder, understanding what the goal of the sectors page were, the vision for the pages and all guidelines set by Dimagi (i.e Branding). We conducted user testing with the current pages to determine what the pages were lacking, technologies required, page speed testing and created an enjoyable experience going forward.
There was an increase in page traffic to the section of the website and increase in average session duration.
